1. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for $30 upon request. 2. I’m proud to offer a SMOKE-FREE unit for guests! However, while the building is non-smoking in common areas, smoke from other units can sometimes drift into hallways. If you're sensitive, it might be best to book elsewhere. 3. Parties larger than 2 people are welcome to use the pullout couch. Extra pillows and linens can be found in the bedroom closet. 4. I work very hard to make my unit a wonderful, welcoming place for everyone. I pride my unit on being SMOKE-FREE. However, some building residents do smoke in other units, which can at times cause the halls and common areas to be smoky. If you are allergic to smoke, I urge you to seek other accommodations. 5. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.
